Forever Florida's recent Patrick Smith Day featured a link to the Crescent J Ranch's Louisiana roots with a South Louisiana theme for the day including Louisiana Gumbo, Crawfish Etoufee' and Traditional South Louisiana music and stories by Dr William Broussard' s nephew, Alan Broussard and Friends.
